The Current Shift in Consciousness

For today’s world it is sometimes necessary to explain the same thing to different people in more than one particular way; this is due to the many different versions of the way we each perceive the same reality. That being said I think I have the perfect three ways to explain this current consciousness shift for anyone in a way that would help them to understand and accept it as a reality no matter your vantage point or base perspective.

For the Spiritualists: You have already felt, or have begun to feel the changes already and understand that intention manifests the reality you desire (for both negative and positive consequences, depending on your intention).

For the Scientists: (Think Double Slit Experiment); Quantum physics explains that our world is PROBABILISTIC, not OBJECTIVE. This is a simple, yet profound way of saying that solids (particles) behave like waves (frequencies) depending on whether or not they are being measured (observed or watched). In other words, we directly impact our reality based on our level of awareness and perception.

For the Pessimists: Think about “group hysteria” and or “mass hypnosis” – a very real, demonstrable part of the human collective consciousness – and consider that when enough people are each both individually and collectively concentrated on a particular thing; it will become a suggestive part of their literal reality. The result would be either a positive infusion of accelerating ascending consciousness, or a detrimental setback based on ignorance, intention and action.

There are so many unique ways to participate in the coming (and current) ascension of humanity’s vibrational frequency as we return towards a unity consciousness; our “return” proposed by some as a passing from our current state of a heightened 3rd dimensional frequency to that of a level that is most likely one energy quanta level above where we currently reside.Unity consciousness can be best understood as that which encompasses the knowledge of a unified Universe.This is largely all due to the fact that on December 21, 2012 our solstice sun will once again be in the constellation of Aquarius, meaning we have indeed made it to the Age of Aquarius (check here for my all-encompassing article as I detail the 2012 event for the last and final time). Many just beginning this journey may feel the need to constantly challenge the status quo, or to “correct” others from acting upon their lower impulses in order to better cohere with what is to come.While this may work for some, it is not always a necessary task to undertake.Those that have experienced the difficulty of trying to push your discoveries onto others (I prefer the term and action of nudging) will be able to empathize with the frustration and general nature of dealing with another’s ego and psyche during this process. Unfortunately, many losses of friendships and family may occur due to this. The problem at this point is a lack of vision in the person that is “ascending”.It is important to understand that the action of pushing these viewpoints onto others is only one way to help (and sometimes that is not quite the word I would use) to be as the Bodhisattva and to assist others during this transition; but there is another way.

Through  the many ways we each may take toward our own personal path of “enlightenment” we can take comfort in knowing that when you concentrate on just your own energy, on_ raising just your own frequency through your own conception of personal ascension by whatever means you feel appropriate you will also be, in turn, helping to raise the vibrational frequency of all of humanity because (as we remember now from quantum physics) we are all connected. This is in actuality, a much more effective way of assisting others during this time. I write this in hopes that I may help other whom find themselves frustrated in wondering what they can do to help; and to that person I say, do you.

When our days become much shorter and our words have grown too tall.

A forgetful trend of bitterness; our History that’s ensued, The stars will start their game again, the pieces have been renewed.

The Suns set soon upon the board; two Kings are all but left, Our minds yet turn to other things, more pressing than of this theft.

For the pawns have all retreated, our Time now put to test, In Space a tone has sounded; the Storm that follows rest.

Change will come chaotically and not at all as planned, With knowledge of these changes; the seers seen as damned.

At least by eyes untrained to see the truth of days that passed, But recognition is self-evident and with it happens fast;

An Introduction Into The Essentials of Sacred Geometry

The second of my video trilogy continues the examination of Universal Truths into the realm of Sacred Geometry. In my last segment, “The Fear of Truth & The Death of Ego”, I hypothesized that two of the only Universal Truths (an absolute truth to be known with certainty); are that of Fear and Love.

Today I expand upon this notion and add a third Universal Truth; the biology, history and essentials of Sacred Geometry. Understanding Sacred Geometry will not only expand your consciousness, but will also facilitate a greater understanding of all life-forms and mathematical communications in of itself as a Universal Language.

“The study of geometry, which descends to us from Pythagoras, is a meditation on the harmony of the cosmic order, and it is a meditation upon music. Sacred Geometry Home Page by Bruce Rawles

In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, to expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the greater cosmos. These inevitably follow geometrical archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances. They are also symbolic of the underlying metaphysical principle of the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole. It is this principle of oneness underlying all geometry that permeates the architecture of all form in its myriad diversity. This principle of interconnectedness, inseparability and union provides us with a continuous reminder of our relationship to the whole, a blueprint for the mind to the sacred foundation of all things created.

The Sphere

Starting with what may be the simplest and most perfect of forms, the sphere is an ultimate expression of unity, completeness, and integrity. There is no point of view given greater or lesser importance, and all points on the surface are equally accessible and regarded by the center from which all originate. Atoms, cells, seeds, planets, and globular star systems all echo the spherical paradigm of total inclusion, acceptance, simultaneous potential and fruition, the macrocosm and microcosm.

The Circle

The circle is a two-dimensional shadow of the sphere which is regarded throughout cultural history as an icon of the ineffable oneness; the indivisible fulfillment of the Universe. All other symbols and geometries reflect various aspects of the profound and consummate perfection of the circle, sphere and other higher dimensional forms of these we might imagine.

The ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, Pi, is the original transcendental and irrational number. (Pi equals about 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937511…) It cannot be expressed in terms of the ratio of two whole numbers, or in the language of sacred symbolism, the essence of the circle exists in a dimension that transcends the linear rationality that it contains. Our holistic perspectives, feelings and intuitions encompass the finite elements of the ideas that are within them, yet have a greater wisdom than can be expressed by those ideas alone.

The Point

At the center of a circle or a sphere is always an infinitesimal point. The point needs no dimension, yet embraces all dimension. Transcendence of the illusions of time and space result in the point of here and now, our most primal light of consciousness. The proverbial “light at the end of the tunnel” is being validated by the ever-increasing literature on so-called “near-death experiences”. If our essence is truly spiritual omnipresence, then perhaps the “point” of our being “here” is to recognize the oneness we share, validating all “individuals” as equally precious and sacred aspects of that one.

Life itself as we know it is inextricably interwoven with geometric forms, from the angles of atomic bonds in the molecules of the amino acids, to the helical spirals of DNA, to the spherical prototype of the cell, to the first few cells of an organism which assume vesical, tetrahedral, and star (double) tetrahedral forms prior to the diversification of tissues for different physiological functions. Our human bodies on this planet all developed with a common geometric progression from one to two to four to eight primal cells and beyond.

Almost everywhere we look, the mineral intelligence embodied within crystalline structures follows a geometry unfaltering in its exactitude. The lattice patterns of crystals all express the principles of mathematical perfection and repetition of a fundamental essence, each with a characteristic spectrum of resonances defined by the angles, lengths and relational orientations of its atomic components.

The Square Root of Two

The square root of 2 embodies a profound principle of the whole being more than the sum of its parts. (The square root of two equals about 1.414213562…) The orthogonal dimensions (axes at right angles) form the conjugal union of the horizontal and vertical which give birth to the greater offspring of the hypotenuse. The new generation possesses the capacity for synthesis, growth, integration and reconciliation of polarities by spanning both perspectives equally. The root of two originating from the square leads to a greater unity, a higher expression of its essential truth, faithful to its lineage.

The fact that the root is irrational expresses the concept that our higher dimensional faculties can’t always necessarily be expressed in lower order dimensional terms – e.g. “And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” (from the Gospel of St. John, Chapter 1, verse 5). By the same token, we have the capacity to surpass the genetically programmed limitations of our ancestors, if we can shift into a new frame of reference (i.e. neutral with respect to prior axes, yet formed from that matrix-seed conjugation. Our dictionary refers to the word matrix both as a womb and an array (or grid lattice). Our language has some wonderful built-in metaphors if we look for them!

The Golden Ratio

The golden ratio (a.k.a. phi ratio a.k.a. sacred cut a.k.a. golden mean a.k.a. divine proportion) is another fundamental measure that seems to crop up almost everywhere, including crops. (The golden ratio is about 1.618033988749894848204586834365638117720309180…) The golden ratio is the unique ratio such that the ratio of the whole to the larger portion is the same as the ratio of the larger portion to the smaller portion. As such, it symbolically links each new generation to its ancestors, preserving the continuity of relationship as the means for retracing its lineage.

The golden ratio (phi) has some unique properties and makes some interesting appearances:

  • phi = phi^2 – 1; therefore 1 + phi = phi^2; phi + phi^2 = phi^3; phi^2 + phi^3= phi^4; ad infinitum.
  • phi = (1 + square root(5)) / 2 from quadratic formula, 1 + phi = phi^2.
  • phi = 1 + 1/(1 + 1/(1 + 1/(1 + 1/(1 + 1/(1 + 1/…)))))
  • phi = 1 + square root(1 + square root(1 + square root(1 + square root(1 + square root(1 + …)))))
  • phi = (sec 72)/2 =(csc 18)/2 = 1/(2 cos 72) = 1/(2 sin 18) = 2 sin 54 = 2 cos 36 = 2/(csc 54) = 2/ (sec 36) for all you trigonometry enthusiasts.
  • phi = the ratio of segments in a 5-pointed star (pentagram) considered sacred to Plato and Pythagoras in their mystery schools. Note that each larger (or smaller) section is related by the phi ratio, so that a power series of the golden ratio raised to successively higher (or lower) powers is automatically generated: phi, phi^2, phi^3, phi^4, phi^5, etc.
  • phi = apothem to bisected base ratio in the Great Pyramid of Giza
  • phi = ratio of adjacent terms of the famous Fibonacci Series evaluated at infinity; the Fibonacci Series is a rather ubiquitous set of numbers that begins with one and one and each term thereafter is the sum of the prior two terms, thus: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144… (interesting that the 12th term is 12 “raised to a higher power”, which appears prominently in a vast collection of metaphysical literature)

The mathematician credited with the discovery of this series is Leonardo Pisano Fibonacci and there is a publication devoted to disseminating information about its unique mathematical properties, The Fibonacci Quarterly

Fibonacci ratios appear in the ratio of the number of spiral arms in daisies, in the chronology of rabbit populations, in the sequence of leaf patterns as they twist around a branch, and a myriad of places in nature where self-generating patterns are in effect. The sequence is the rational progression towards the irrational number embodied in the quintessential golden ratio.

This most aesthetically pleasing proportion, phi, has been utilized by numerous artists since (and probably before!) the construction of the Great Pyramid. As scholars and artists of eras gone by discovered (such as Leonardo da Vinci, Plato, and Pythagoras), the intentional use of these natural proportions in art of various forms expands our sense of beauty, balance and harmony to optimal effect. Leonardo da Vinci used the Golden Ratio in his painting of The Last Supper in both the overall composition (three vertical Golden Rectangles, and a decagon (which contains the golden ratio) for alignment of the central figure of Jesus.

The first of three interlocking segments of my personal philosophical entries pertaining to the ontological quest for truth; specifically what can be known with certainty?

Are there any absolute truths that can be known or is everything that we know truly a dream made reality by the immense power of our consciousness?

In my first video, “The Fear of Truth & The Death of Ego,” I examine the natural Fear most humans experience towards learning and contemplating new possibilities both in a historical and biological context.

Next I end the segment by offering my assertion of the ego; it’s origin, use, and why a complete so called “death” of the human ego is not necessarily possible nor helpful in a biological sense.

My “GOD” Theorem

“Question with boldness even the existence of a god; because if there be one he must approve of the homage of reason more than that of blindfolded fear.” – Thomas Jefferson

Discussions, theories and discourses on religion or theological aspects are rarely clear or cut and dry; if they were, many of us would each be in agreement with the same  idea or theory thereof. That being stated, I would like to write out my own theory for why there is only one entity that some call “god” and my supporting thesis as to why we are all part of this same entity.

God (or fill in the “___” with your own desired nomenclature) is only capable of being ONE physical entity; meaning there is only ONE source for everything.

There is a great story that I will paraphrase for my use in explaining the perspective that most of us begin with; which is the idea of rejecting infinite regress, meaning that one does not believe in time as an endless stream, which would demand a “cause” & “effect” and “beginning” & end”.

Two Greek philosophers were curious about Atlas, the deity charged with holding the great weight of the world upon his shoulders.

As the one philosopher queried, “If Atlas holds up the Earth, what holds up Atlas?”

To which the other philosopher answered, “Well that’s simple my friend, Atlas is standing upon the back of a giant tortoise shell.”

At this the first man pondered for a moment and then asked again, “But then what does that tortoise stand on?”

As if anticipating this question the philosopher smiled and said, “Why, my good man! Its tortoises all the way down!”

I believe in the rejection of infinite regress is incorrect and that time is really just an illusion caused in part by our dualistic perspective and the necessity of mass adhering to the vibrational frequency of our third dimensional constructs. This partly explains why the greatest minds of our time and were never able to get past the issues of “time”, “god”, or the “Big-Bang” in most philosophical contexts – nor were they able to fully convince others of their ideas either.

So; if we are to accept that “time” is merely a fallacy demanded by our need to measure the immeasurable and that there is no true beginning nor end to anything (think of the very pertinent looping shape of the infinity symbol) we are finally able to let go of the largest hurdles in contemplating the divine. Continuing with this pattern of thought, let us also then accept the postulation that time is not inherent in the Universe and so there never was a beginning to “God” nor will there be an end. By accepting this we are able to somewhat fix the problems we have when trying to explain the origins of the Universe; as we always get caught up on the beginning of things.

“A twisted ring of gas, one that stretches more than 600 light-years across the heart of the Milky Way galaxy, has been discovered by astronomers using the powerful infrared Herschel space telescope. The gaseous ring, which gives birth to new stars, has a kink in the middle, such that it looks like a cosmic infinity symbol.”

Moving on from this we now have to assume that there is a FIRST source, or a FIRST MOVER, or God if you will (that which is unmoved by others, uncontrolled by others and thus not contingent upon the existence of anything other than itself) … and so now there is 1.

From this 1 (“god”) we get everything.The proof of this is the idea that “god” made us all from itself; if you can accept the above postulation; then you must also believe that “god” was/is the only and first entity that had to use its own fabric/self to create everything else. If this was not the case then we would instead have 2 original entities; “god” and the “fabric” or the material from which “god” created all forms of life. If there were 2 original entities (god & the fabric), we would the have to reject infinite regress again because something would have had to have “made” the fabric and “god” or one to have come before the other; which again would not make sense within the parameters of infinite regress.

Therefore, “god”, or the Source, must have made all forms of life, matter and frequencies from its own material; else again there would have been two sources. Thus we now have a passable explanation for the idea that there not only a first source – often referred to as God – but that we are all made of this being and thus… are all god.

Allow yourself a moment to conceptualize a pesticide strain so powerful that we could easily eliminate the need for any new chemicals to be developed. Such a world would no longer have the bothersome insects that eat our fruits, and our gardens would remain free of predators or gopher holes that irritatingly thread themselves throughout the soil. But what are the implications of undertaking these actions? Rachel Carson, author and founder of the conservationist movement, answers this question in her article, “The Obligation to Endure,” by saying that if we are to continue to kill so many life forms indiscriminately, we should expect the very real possibility of human extinction. This is because of what these chemicals are and how long it takes nature to react to its use and misuse.  The misapplication of these dangerous chemicals creates an imbalance in nature that will end up devastating all of Earth’s life forms if we do not step in and start the process of checks and balances in this generation.

The deadly pesticides and herbicides that are constantly used today are creating a chain of death that continue for years after they are applied and have far reaching detrimental affects that are often not taken into account as a whole. In this civilization deemed the “information age,” we neglect to heed the warnings of numerous specialists that often tell us the very same message, that we are killing our world at a rate that will leave nothing but destruction for our future generations. The nature of the beast we call man is to change its environment so radically and swiftly that nature has had to learn to adapt itself to us, which, by all accounts is relatively new to the external factors that influence the evolutionary process. Carson’s article gave a detailed abridgment of the agricultural development of pesticides, herbicides and even other toxic pollutants that began to sprout up just before her time in the early 1960’s. While many could argue that an article written decades ago would likely have little to no relevance for today’s booming agricultural-based society, after reading her concise points most readers are left wondering why these problems are still around today.

With the advent of any dangerous chemical also comes the possibility of its proliferation, a consideration that appears lost on most individuals that use them. The side-effects from the spraying of pesticides have become such a constant in our mass-production of agricultural goods, that most people fail to even recognize when they are occurring. These chemicals deposit into the soil and later reach our insect and animal life, gallivanting its way from organism to organism only to eventually show itself in our water, air and food supply.

To better understand how we could end up destroying ourselves by the very creations we use to subdue other living creatures, it is necessary to investigate what these pollutants actually do to our environs. The chapter entitled “Environment Pollution” from the book, Chemistry: Foundations and Applications,gives a broad overview of these pollutants are and how they affect the world. Environmental pollution is the release of chemicals or chemical byproducts that cause harm to the wellbeing of the ecology and environment. These pollutants are often divided into certain categories: H20, atmospheric and soil pollutes, which are then listed as either organic or inorganic in nature . Toxicology is the study of effects of poisons on the human body. The main assertion of toxicology states that the dosage of certain chemicals determines the overall effects and postulates that just about any chemical at high dosages are dangerous for the cellular development of any living organism (“Environment“).

Even with all of these factors now coming together about the use of pesticides and the link to toxicity and death, many people still remain unconvinced that there is a need for immediate change. However, what is not often considered is to what level these pesticide and herbicides are already ingested, breathed and lived in within our daily lives. People just assume that governments and corporations will not be constantly poisoning ourselves along with the world just to make money. It is this assumption and the negligence of observing just how deeply these pollutes have become ingrained in our world that will be our undoing.

A perfect example of how blind we have become to the overuse of these chemicals and how embedded they are in our lives is by looking at the insertion of pesticides and herbicides into the genetic makeup of the very food we eat. Certain companies have decided to combat the pest problem to the extent of modifying their crops on a wholly different level by the manipulation of genetics. Ana Campoy of the Wall Street Journal reported on a historic chemical-company merge in her article, “Seed Giants Join Forces; Corn Made by Dow, Monsanto to Fight Insects and Weeds.” In accordance to the agreement, the companies will collaborate on a seed that combines “eight different herbicide tolerance and insect-protection genes into top-performing hybrids for the most complete control ever available.” The finalized creation will be protected against any threats from both above and below the soil. Monsanto and Dow agreed to pay royalties to each other for any seeds they sell using the other’s traits. Campoy reported on Monsanto’s reaction to this, “It’s an environment where you can add things you wouldn’t have independently and create new products that the industry would not have seen,” said Carl Casale, vice president of operations for Monsanto. Campoy also continued by writing Andrew Liveris, the Dow Chief Executive’s commentary concerning this rousing new agreement, “This is game-changing technology… When you put in a couple more genes, unexpected things can happen.”

If it weren’t bad enough that these chemicals are inherent in the soil we use and the air we breathe, now we must also ingest them at the genetic level. As stated earlier with the theme of toxicology, any exposure in abundance to these poisons will negatively affect living creatures. These chemical giants are even admitting that they do not know what will happen from the merging process nor are they offering any studies of these new chemicals to alleviate any concerns.

The fact that the government is lacking a responsible effort to study the long-term effects of these inventions is alarming to say the least. In fact, the only available studies of the long-term effects of these chemicals is in its aerosol form. The Food and Drug Administration states that they have been working diligently to reduce the pesticide residue in the imports from other countries caused by these aerosol sprays. According to the article, “Scaling Up Political Ecology: The Case of Illegal Pesticides on Fresh Vegetables Imported into the United States, 1996-2006,written by Ryan E. Galt, states that the adherence to the regulations of food and pesticidal residue creates a major health concern for the entire agricultural world. The main points of the article are that domestic vegetables have lower adverse residues than that of imported products, and that there are 14 main pesticides from an allotted 476 testable chemicals make up more than two-thirds of all violations (Galt).

Now it is clear that there is not only a continued use of these dangerous toxins, but also that there is an actual level deemed safe for ingestion based on region and country. Each of these factors still remains isolated from each other, however, when looked at by specialists trying to decide how to regulate certain aspects of chemical production and use. Keeping in mind that farmers have been dealing with pests for thousands of years without the help of such potent forces, it becomes a question then of why humans are so arrogant to think that we can continue to use these products without worry of any eventual effect on ourselves, let alone the rest of the world.

The answer can be found in the lack of proper media coverage on the use of these chemicals, especially concerning the implementation of genetically modified organisms. After looking into what the word GMO actually entails and researching the topic further, we begin to get a bigger picture of why there are so many citizens that are wholly unconcerned about the subject. The website, GMO-Compass,tells us that there is a necessity for these particular developments in the scientific community, especially concerning agriculture and the supply and demand of its consumers. Such developments proposed as necessary for humanity to advance, include the invention of genetically modified organisms, or GMO’s. GMO-Compass effectively describes the laws, definitions and history of genetically modified organisms to the average consumer. The site, financed by the European Union itself, suggests that the coexistence of GMO products and natural or organic products are a necessary and pertinent part of our society’s future (GMO-Compass).

The American conglomerate Monsanto, created GMO’s with the genetic predisposition to be completely unaffected by  the use of certain pesticides, namely its own product Round Up. These Round Up-Ready organisms actually contain a protein developed from a virus cell that the FDA claims is similar in nature to the proteins that humans have ingested for millennia. If you are to look at the reports of said hypotheses, you may be hard pressed to find one that isn’t paid for by the company itself. The benefits then appear to be only for the company’s profit and production of seed; which also carry with it a unique genetic coding called the “Terminator Gene,” in which the scientists have actually devolved the crops from being able to reseed themselves annually after the fruition of the crops. This means that the farmers would have to return to Monsanto year after year for the ability to have such “pest-free” crops.

The idea behind GMO’s originated in the mass production of certain staple foods to be developed for the hungry and starving Third-World Countries, which actually called for the “deregulation” of the years of testing the effects of these organisms on human life. If you were a politician in the 80’s and even into the Clinton administration of the 90’s, you were practically considered a heretic for suggesting such tests to be conducted, these processes of which have been part of the Scientific Method for centuries. Yet after more than twenty years of application and development the notion that these creations were for the feeding of the hungry seems to have mysteriously vanished. These countries are still lacking food resources and our developed countries have actually been projecting results of over-production. If it were truly the intention for these products to assist these nations it is clear now that something that went terribly wrong along the way. It appears that the corporations would rather continue to globalize and create profit than to assist in helping humanity rid itself of the pestering element of hunger.

Returning to Rachel Carson’s “Obligation to Endure,”we are reminded to look at the bigger picture, to imagine how we will leave the future and our generations of children that will have to deal with nature’s adaptation to our maniacal inventions. Perhaps then it is not unwise to suggest that the Bill of Rights be amended to include protection of our citizens from such obviously harmful chemicals and even radiation. At least insofar as to give us the right to opt out in the vote booths as to whether or not these chemicals should be used.

At this point it is unknown as to whether or not the processes described by Carson and others are completely irreversible, but it would be wise to consider the notion that we are all part of this world and are therefore subject to the changes this world will make in reaction to us. To sum up Rachel Carson’s warning is to recount a quote by Jean Roosted, the man that inspired the name of the New York Times excerpt; stating, “the obligation to endure gives us the right to know.” If the leaders of this world want to create a responsible society in our augmentation of health, the right to know and the right to vote in these processes must be made into a necessary part of our societal evolution. Otherwise the use of toxins sprayed on our food, in our air and in the genetics of the products itself will continue to deposit the poisons into everything we know until it all becomes too much for life to continue.

Monsanto’s long arm stretched so far that, in the early nineties, the US Food and Drugs Agency even ignored warnings of their own scientists, who were cautioning that GE crops could cause negative health effects. Other tactics the company uses to stifle concerns about their products include misleading advertising, bribery and concealing scientific evidence.”

The Pitfalls of Personal Expectations

Dance with the life you were given.

Life is all about perception and attitude; if you are unhappy with something in your life then there is always an action, attitude or perception you can learn to adopt in order free yourself from the heavy weight of personal expectation.

Life will never be what you expect, therefore it is up to us to create the advantage.


If you are not as fit as you imagined yourself to be, for instance; smile at the form you are today and then decide for yourself realistically what you able to work on and accept that which you cannot.

If you find yourself obsessing about growing old; remind yourself again that you are experiencing life not to foolishly hold on to beauty and youth. Instead, focus on what makes you happy, what makes you love, and that which will one day manifest your dreams into reality.


Never feel as though you are deserved a particular fate or life-style simply out of fairness or ideology.

Instead, create for yourself a clear and distinct idea of what your present and future states of self should be; but remember to allow yourself the patience and room to grow alongside the unexpected changes that life will inevitably bring.

Otherwise the turns and treads of life will seem as constant disappointments rather than as part of the necessary struggle we are all meant to experience in order to grow and mature as human beings.
